7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Auspartz is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address details
    • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.


8. Authority to Leave

  • If “Authority to Leave” is selected, the parcel may be left at the delivery address without signature
  • Auspartz is not responsible for loss or theft of parcels once delivered under this option

All deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective courier service providers, including Australia Post.
